Hello, i have played eu4 since i got my laptop. i love this game very much, its my fav on my steam library. So a couple of weeks ago i got on steam and wanted to play some eu4. started the game but it wouldn't go to the launch screen, when i look at the game title on my library it flashes "syncing" then it does nothing. i have tried to run as an administrator on steam and the game, i have deleted it and reinstalled it, and i have unsuscribed to all my mods and still the prob. please help!!!!!!
