I don't know how to begin. I was watching my favorite Hoi4 streamer before falling asleep when this happened to him.
Basically, he paradropped from an Allied airport into Japanese island but somehow China took the land that he conquered. He was playing Romania and he was in a total different war with Japan.

My first question is: How did China take the land? Yes, I know he had core on it but it was a total DIFFERENT war.

Another thing. Even though he had military access with China he COULDN'T use China's airport.

Second question: Why can't we use the Airports of a country in which we have military access?

I dont understand why you can't 'volunteer' aircraft in proxy wars. The Spanish Civil War is a good example, especially when you consider the 'condor legion' and the bombing of Guernica being one the most infamous episodes in the war.

No, you misunderstood me. I want to use my aircraft in countries in which I have military access. For example I am Romania and if Bulgaria gives me military access I want to be able to move my planes in Bulgaria's airports.

I do not want to give Bulgaria my planes. I just want to move my planes in its airports when I have military access. Do you get my point? If my troops can move on its territory why can't my planes?

You will say: "Then it will be more easy to have air superiority" Well, I do not want to give them missions, just MOVE them, it's easier to transport my troops for example. And as you can see in that video, he lost 24 divisions because he wasn't able to transport his troops back to his allied controlled airbase.

Can you see the problem now ?

Hey, the issue with not being able to base planes when you have military access is working as designed. It's weird, to that I'll agree. Hopeful we'll work on it in the future.
And I have bugged the weird occupation logic.
