Please fix the load/build interface bug

It's been there since release. This is where after you load a game no units are listed in the quick build interface. You have to load again to fix it. It gets old loading twice.

I thought this bug only cropped up after 1.3 or so, not since release ...

Yes this bug is incredibly frequent and annoying.

Very disappointing that it has not been fixed.
