I love the Shogunate mechanics, and I like to play around it (much to the hate of my PC, which has to emulate a hundred or so more AI in the late game). However, there is one problem which occurs very frequently : when a daimyo A DOW on another (B) and decide to make it release a province of a third nation (C).
Released to ennemies.png

In this screenshot, I conquered some province from a very wide Vijayanagar, and Assam and other rivals of the daimyo I gave the province to (Jharkhand) released it to my ennemy (Vijayanagar).

If C is daimyo, there are no issue. If C doesn't exist, it is quite positive : a new daimyo is released, under your rule. But if C exist and is not a subject, then you have basically daimyo A who ruined your conquests. Once in a while, ok, it's just a small hindrance. But in some cases, it gets really annoying : in the previous screenshot, the province was conquered by myself and released back by another daimyo **3** times, and once (in the screenshot) barely **one year** after it was conquered. What it means is that it can put a full annexation of a country from under to over the 100% warscore threshold, allowing daimyos to once again release province back to it, etc. .

So, what I propose is either a pure ban of the "release province back to a country not under imperial rule", either a privilege to make it impossible (quite like some realm laws in CK2).
