Like, are they in order in chance of happeneing?

Same Dynasty lists what countries currently are ruled by rulers in the same dynasty as the selected country.
On Monarch Death tells you what will happen to the selected country when the monarch dies.
Royal Marriages With lists nations that the selected country has a royal marriage with, and what will happen to them if their rulers die.

This dynasty thing is mostly unnecessary to worry about, because it's hard to control and doesn't really affect gameplay.

On Monarch Death:
A Austrian noble succedes to the throne

If your current ruler dies right now, you will get a new ruler who has a low value for "legitimacy".

Royal Marraiges with:
Burgundy: Jean to the throne
Ansbauch: Regency for .....
Bohemia: A pretender Rises
Modena: A personal Union with Austria
Sicily: A noble from house xxx succedes to the throne

You are royally married to the listed countries. It happens when one of you requests the marriage, and the other one accepts it.
Sicily: If their current ruler dies right now, they will get a new ruler who has a low value for "legitimacy".
Burgundy: If their current ruler dies right now, they will get their heir, Jean, as the new ruler.
Bohemia: Pretender rebels will rise, and something else will happen, which you didn't write.

Personal unions & regencies? you need to read about them here.

I doubt you'll get more spoon-feeding than this, you're one lucky player.

Yes. If you're hovering over a foreign nation's ruler it will give you info about them, their dynasty, etc. If you hover over yours in the court tab you'll get the information on your ruler, their dynasty, etc.

You are selecting a province owned by Austria.

First, you can see all the countries that are in the same dynasty. So, in this case, Hungary, Brandenburg, Brabant, Luxemburg and Austria share the same dynasty.
Second, you have what happens if the austrian ruler dies (in this case, an austrian noble succedes to the throne. A new dynasty would start in Austria)
Thrid, you have the list of all royal marriages of Austria. For instance (Modena: A personal Union with Austria), Austria is married to Modena. In this case, if the Modena's ruler dies, happens what is written : Modena enter in a personal union with Austria.
You just have to remember that, in the list of royal marriages, it's explained what will happen if the ruler of the listed country dies (not Austria). You can select one of the Modena's province and see what will happen if their ruler dies.

Same dynasty:
Hungary
Brandenburg
Brabant
Luxembourg

Your monarch is from the same dynasty as the rulers of Hungary, Brandernburg, Brabant and Luxembourg.

On Monarch Death:
A Austrian noble succedes to the throne

If your ruler dies, an Austrian noble ascends to the throne. This means he is from a new dynasty (an Austrian one).

Royal Marraiges with:
Burgundy: Jean to the throne
Ansbauch: Regency for .....
Bohemia: A pretender Rises
Modena: A personal Union with Austria
Sicily: A noble from house xxx succedes to the throne

You have a royal marriage with Burgundy, Ansbach, Bohemia, Modena and Sicily. The things it says after the colon ( : ) just state what happens to THOSE countries if THEIR rules dies.

Burgundy's heir will ascend to the throne if their ruler dies, he will be of the same dynasty as their current ruler.

Ansbach will become a regency council for a yet unknown heir once their rules dies.

Bohemia will have a Pretender Rebel squad spawn when their ruler dies, who will try to control the entire country and rise to power like that.

Modena will lose their sovereignty as a nation when their rules dies, they will be ruled by the ruler of Austria after that.

Sicily is in the same situation as you, they will see a heir from a different dynasty ascend to the throne when their ruler dies.
