Please enable Multiplayer Save

The game mode i enjoy the most since Aow is coop-multiplayer. I think i have played more than 2000 hours doing that in Aow2, SM, Aow3, etc. Playing in teams vs ai opponents is our favorite. Please help me understand why the current online multiplayer is Iron-Man-only. We want to save before a crucial combat. It's vital for us. Make it optional or call it a different mode, i don't care, but the game saves anyway so why cant we....

I also would like to request this feature but for a different reason. I'm not interested in "save scummming" but I've had several multiplayer games that have glitched and become unplayable after dozens of hours. Being able to reload to a previous turn would prevent all those hours being wasted.

Repair doesnot always help though. And it is unavailable in simul tirns.

Tbh enabling save is not a bad idea. Though, u need to set passwords for player slots then, so that nobody can freely abuse load as enemy.

Those saves in aow 3 helped to analyze games and learn together, also we shared them sometimes with questions. Or even replayed combats switching sides.

Could not repair sometimes when hosted. Anyways, the feature is not an universal troubleshooter. I had about 5 games that got completely stuck without any ways out

Just to clarify, it doesnt matter if you are the original "host". What matters is who has the host next to their name. In simultaneous turns the person considered the host can change, and I'm not sure what causes it.
