Please do not update to the new launcher

I run Arch Linux and your old launcher was always perfect as it was. When I tried to play Imperator, it had your new launcher and it was horribly broken, crashed as soon as it started and I couldn't get it working. I ended up getting a refund as, though I could load the game binary manually, there were other bugs affecting gameplay. During that discussion over email with your customer support they acknowledged that these were known issues with no ETA for a fix.

Now the launcher has been added to EUIV......it is as broken as Imperator was. And I am on a new build on completely different hardware, yet with the same result. Please, please, please do not add this launcher to CK2, HOI IV, Stellaris, Battletech or other games that don't have it yet. With the move to your partner titles now rarely supporting Linux and now broken releases of games that used to work just fine across a variety of Linux distributions, I am wondering if Paradox is intentionally abandoning Linux support, which makes me quite sad.

Don't worry when they talked about the change to the new launcher they said they wont update it

Edit: saw you weren't specifically talking about only ck2. Hoi4 and Stellaris probably will get the new launcher hopefully they make it so linux users can also play still.

I like the new launcher. But of course it needs to support all platforms the game was released with support for... and their successors.
