Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Started up in 867 as Alania. Spent 30 some odd years raiding as Itaz. Even gained the raider trait. However as soon as Itaz died and his son inherited I lost the ability to raid. I am still tribal and still tengri. But I can't raise raiders or turn my army into raiders.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Try playing as the Alani and wait until succession.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Please ignore, I was at war during succession and didn't know you couldn't raid while at war.
