Many buildings becomes redundant once you've expanded enough and courthouses have become a must have building when playing wide. Docks are very useless, marketplace isn't needed when I'm completely dominating the trade node, temples and workshops and some manufactories provides next to nothing in inappropriate province.

I keep having to click on provinces one by one to free up slot and it's getting really tedious.
Also the courthouse macro-builder should display the province's governing cost.
