So I just learned that the base bonus for Protestantism was changed from -10% Idea Cost to +10% National Tax. Without Common Sense, this makes the religion rather pointless. Can we revert this to the old bonuses for those of us without the DLC? Thanks!

(Yes, I can mod it in, but this feels like a serious oversight/nerf to Protestantism which didn't need it.)
