I was wondering if there is any chance to form Greece in FtG's AGCEEP.

If you play with Byzantium and survive the Ottoman onslaught, you'll remain Byzantium until the end, right? The same with Morea and Duchy of Athens, it seems. So, anyone knows if there's a way to form Greece, the same way Germany and Italy can be formed if special circumstances are met?

I seem to remember a time when playing some other country that Greece declared independence from their Ottoman overlords. So there must be a technical possibility.

It has a tag, so it shouldn't be too hard to write an event to let you form it. Would definitely be a challenge playing a three province orthodox country with the Ottomans around.

Greece - if it appears at all in a game as historically they successfully revolted from the Ottomans long after 1820 - should be able to start with only Morea as it´s minimum province. The other provinces were only gained much later in the Balkan wars after the end of the FtG time in 1820.

Capital should not be 359 but 360 - Otto I. had his first capital in Nauplion and not in Athens.

Which conditions must be met for the revolt to happen and be successful?

The minimum provinces must be controlled by rebels after the start date. No enemy must be besieging the rebel controlled provinces. Then after a while Greece may declare independance.
