Playing EU2 with the Victoria Map?

Has anyone tried making a mod to do this? Or does the Vic map just have too many provinces, or is too different?

Because we ATM don't know how to modify the Victoria map, I highly doubt it.

I think he means has someone tried to make an EU2 map with the same province setup as Victoria.

The closest you can get is MyMap.
