Playing as Poland, got wrong template

As Poland I researched heavy tanks and got a free template for a division with light tanks, I haven't checked to see if other countries do the same. This is probably less a "bug" than an oversight, but really should be swapped so that if you research heavies first you get the heavy template.

The free armoured division template comes from researching the GW tanks. There are no additional free templates. Once you have the capability to create an armoured division, then you can swap a light tank battalion for a heavy one, for 5 Army XP.

Incorrect. Poland starts with no tank template. Light and heavy tank research both includes "Free division template" and the heavy research gives a light template.
