So we know that if you trade with an ai you give your civ factories for some resources. but depending on your trade laws a certain amount of your resources go up for trade? so if the ai receives factories for trade where do you see the factories you receives?

You are talking about the civ factories that like the USA would be seeing for trading away some of their resources? I would guess that they show up in your available factory list just like any other but we haven't really seen a country that is on that end of the trades, mostly on the other end so far so tough to tell.
