Player profiles linked to specific server?

Quick question:
Are player profiles and games in progress linked to a specific server? When I log into EU server 1 I have different player profile stats (time played, etc.) than I have when I log into EU 2 or another server. Also I can only access the single player campaign I'm playing via EU 1, not via EU 2 or any other server.

Yes, that is correct. Accounts work on all servers but stats, friends and games are all tied to each specific server.
