Player Missing Clothing

I'm guessing this may be a compatibility issue with 2.1.6, but any character I play as loses his/her unique clothes (crowns, armor, robes, ect.) and defaults to looking like a courtier after the game ticks by a week or so. This only happens to who I'm playing as and nobody else. The AI characters are fine. Game is perfectly playable, just an aesthetic issue. I have done a clean re-install and the issue still occurs. I'm wondering if anyone might have a fix? Thanks!

For me the mod has always had courtiers wearing crowns or all girls in helmets and etc, with rulers often look spymastery. I assume its a line in a portrait file somewhere.
I dont think only to me though.
