Player is allowed to use subject interactions to make own colony declare independence war on player

I recently saw that in the "start a war" submenu within the subject interactions panel upon clicking on a subject in the subjects panel, you are allowed to start an independence war in your colony (in this case, it was an Australian colony, but it seems to work as well for a Cascadia one) and fight your own colony. I do not believe that this was intended.
