Nope, I think the Communist-Anarchist dissention inside the Republic can be better reflected with a very low stability for the Republican faction than putting another full side.

If your the same CVM for the battlefront forums then I'm not surprised that Finland would be your first choice, and if your not the same then that name is a dead give away to your choice of nation

As far as Australia, Canada, and maybe even New Zealand go, I hope they are seperate playable countries from the British Empire. As by this time they had their own sub government structure set up, as well as independant industrial capacity. Personally, i'd love to play just an Aussie game and put the Japanese right back where they belong, Japan. =)

Ethiopia shouldn't be conquered in the 1936 scenario. The Italians invaded in 1935 but didn't capture the capital until May1936. So you might get a chance after all but you'll start at war with a European Power.

I wonder how Hoi will model the rather unique governmental system of the Ethiopian Empire? (Basically Feudal Kingdom.) Paternal Authoritarian? Doesn't really fit.

Forgot India in that last post. =) However i'm not sure if India was as independant as Oz, Canada and NZ, also i'm sure judging on ( my possibly erronous idea) its own industrial capacity at the time, it could probably halrdly churn out more than infantry hordes. Anyone have any idea if they will be independantly playable or not? So far I haven't heard or read anything.

As far as Ethiopia goes, wasn't it Italian at this point? I'm not sure, but I thought they controlled the bulk of North Eastern Africa, as well as the Libyan region. Kinda foggy on European african holdings at this point....
