planes with no org can still defend successfully (unchanged)

One of the most anoying bug sinc 1.0 is that when launching a Tactical Bombing or a Strategic bombing somwhere where planes are put on defence (any), after defeating the defending ariplanes my planes mission will abort nd planes will go back to their origianl base. Their mission which could have been sucessfull has never been fulfiled.

This is taking a lot of the Air combat interest.
