Hello,
I just want to report something that is very annoying: The fact that planes are lost whenever an airfield is conquered.
I thought in previous versions of the game the planes would automatically go to another airfield, but maybe I'm wrong ? Anyway, the way it is implemented in the last version of the game is really, really, really awfull. I can understand that historically speaking, if the tanks are in the airfield while the planes are still there, well.. They're lost.
But there are three things that I would like to object:
So, imo it would be right to implement things like this: If there is a backup airfield, the planes should automatically go there when the airfield is conquered if there is some fuel available. Even with a penalty (something like 20% of planes captured by the enemy or something ?)

- Ok it's true historically speaking, but here we're playing a game and we don't have 200 HQ staffs to report us that the planes are endangered
- Even historically speaking, it's hard to believe that pilots would let the planes on the ground knowing that the enemy is 2km away and there are tons of other airfields nearby...
- There are already soooo many annoying (but deadly) things that you can miss accidentally in the game (that is, because the notification system isn't good enough to allow you to keep track of it):
- Surprise Naval invasions that are noticed but that happen 100 times per minute
- AI making a surprise piercing (or a major general attack) on one of your fronts and pushes 300km in 3 days but you only realize it 2 weeks later because you were on full speed,
- The frontline system which is broken in many situations
- etc...
So, imo it would be right to implement things like this: If there is a backup airfield, the planes should automatically go there when the airfield is conquered if there is some fuel available. Even with a penalty (something like 20% of planes captured by the enemy or something ?)
