Armies & fleets in the EUIV period were occasionally devastated by disease, but I've not seen this reflected in game-play

Suggestion ideas for disease events in a province
-
  1. apply population losses to units in the affected province
  2. if they break quarantine increase the chance of contagion in the provinces they flee to
  3. increase (marginally) risk of event for provinces affected by long wars + continual looting
  4. trade nodes have a chance of being disease vectros if not quarantined/embargoed
