I managed to use Black Death to my own profit.
Let's say I have some stupid vassal, who hate me and who is powerful. Normally I need to make an effort to fix it, but if it's plague out there, it became simple - I just name him as a spymaster or councilor and sent into plague province. He just haven't an option to refuse or protect himself.
I'm not sure it can be called a bug, but it's definitly an exploit.

Classic technique since Day 1 CK2, only with a more reliable epidemic. Only, it's only a matter of time that the plague comes round to you, once it's done with its snack.

You're out of luck if it's already hit your lands once you need to pull this trick off, though. As soon as it touches your vassals' lands, they'll board up their doors and windows and won't go out for missions.

I'm agree with all of you, but my point is plague makes this thing hillariously reliable. I tried to kill 4-province count today; he had galevkind, so I was going to make him die. He was my family though, and it wasn't high priority task, so I appointed him as a commander and walked into low-level epidemics all over my empire.
In the end he had immunity to consumption, measels, camp fever and dancing plague (I should say it was very funny to read all complains about "everybody dies now with this DLC!" here on forums). Only plague - local, endemic epidemic in Bulgaria, where I put him as diplomat to "put claim" - killed him for good. (Just in case - local epidemies don't travel all the map, but stays in pattern.)

Once it turned against me, my wife was spying for technology in bizantium and then she get consumption, I had to bring her back so my physician cured her.

I was scared, she was a genius.

I was happily surprised this happened. Is like when you read that cats can get drunk in Dwarf fortress because they walk around on bars over puddles of alcohol and then they lick their paws, it's awesome.

I agree. There should be a event pop-off when council member's mission county starts any kind of epidemic "sire, I want to return before cathing any of his s***" and If we disagree there should be opinion penalty.

Also If he/she sent in a mission for a very long time (say 3-6 years), he/she could demand to retund home. But maybe content chars wont demand things like that.

Don't we already appoint trouble makers as Comnmanders to get maimed or killed in battle, or to Spy on people we know will catch them?

Of course. This has the added bonus that the biggest troublemakers tend to be those with the highest stats, so if they survive in their jobs they tend to be fairly good at it.

It'd be interesting to see the effects of epidemics if they followed councillors back to their liege's lands.

Spying in Constantinople would be less of an auto-pick.
I agree, epidemics should be contagious, so even if the disease is not present in your provinces, the sole fact that someone in your court got it from faraway lands should make it appear.
