Placement-help please

i've been setting up different bases for my navy,army and air force respectively so that they have same distribution of force.

After i'm done playing i saved the game,then I tried to play it again, EVERYTHING IS NO LONGER IN ORDER!

-The ships are all concentrated in one base only
-The troops I placed in a specific province are all scattered in provinces I don't desire
(pretty much the same with the air force)

Why is it like this? is there something wrong with my game or is it an automatic feature of the game?

I'm not sure I understand what it is you've been doing with your forces, but never mind. Unless you've accidentally happened to load a different save than the one where you had organized your forces, there is definitely something wrong with your game, and you should probably try to re-install it and make sure you patch it correctly.

Have you perhaps loaded the save as a different country, saved again, and back to your intended country?

If I start a game, set things up the way I want and then sometimes i load it up as another country to set them up a bit more competitive (eg when playing a sov I load up as germany to give them blueprints and resources).
Problem is that The AI will wreac serious havoc with your set up when you go back.

If thats not the case for you then Im at a loss.

Beowulf: sorry if I have a caused a confusion. Well, i guess that might be the problem, because my game always have this pop-up messages while loading, perhaps I'll try re-installing it soon, thank you
