I just wonder if there's any fast way of getting piety as an Orthodox country?

edit: should mention that I've got no other countries around me that got a different religion. So no holy wars.

Fabricate claims, then select not to use them, that gives you a small piety boost.

Build churches and give them to landless courtiers. Get piety-generating traits. If you have any non-orthodox provinces sending your court chaplain to convert them can generate some piety.
