I´ve done this, with a free 30 day tyial version program and worked. Also check carefully if this "lines" (3722;Mikhail Kalashnikov;T3722;7;1947;1965;training;mechanics;general_equipment;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;x) are correctly spelled, and spaces too.
Open the picture with Paint, don't have to do anything there, simply save the picture as 24-bit bmp format by using the "save as" utility. Then put the new saved picture to C:/Programs Files/Paradox Interactive/Doomsday/gfx/interface/pics then you are done. No conversion software is needed.

Hi I manged to put in a picture I used this one its better can you make a white frame around it? please.
