Here's another one, the clue for this pic is that this class were not operated by the Brits (apologies for the distortion in the picture, it was taken with a handheld scanner)...

Canadian destroyer NCSM Saguenay?
To bad, continuing the search. Although i still think it looks a lot like the NSCM SaguenayNot a bad guess, but not the one. This nation this vessel/class served with joined neither the Axis nor Allies during WW2.....

Edit: Think I found it. Portugese Destroyer Vouga?
Battleship King George V.Spot on.
OK, time for an easy one I think - this ship had at least three vessels in its class.....

True, but I believe this is the actual King George V. Al least its class is King George V. Of which 5 ships were build.or Prince of Wales or Duke of York or Anson or Howe ?
Yes.It's Japanese or British whatever it is.
HMS AbercrombieSince Axe is away,

By game start, only a single ship in this class remain, but won't and didn't appear in HoI due to its state. Also, only one ship was lost to enemy attacks in the entire class, and I'm not tricking you, this is a multi-ship class.
While that's its caption on Wikipedia, I highly doubt it,HMS Abercrombie

1. The orientation of the mast is wrong. The ones on Abercrombie points toward the turret, but the one here points away from the turret.
2. The bridge is wrong. The ones on Abercrombie are built around the mast, while the bridge here is separate.
3. The turret's shape is wrong. There's a bulge downwards at the back of this one, but no other pictures of the 4 Abercrombie-class monitors shows that bulge.
4. The barrel on the far side doesn't belong to the turret in the foreground so there must be another turret. Abercrombie had but one turret.
And well that's deliberate, my descriptions fit both the Abercrombie-class and another class that had none of the 4 inconsistencies mentioned.
Someone uploaded this picture somewhere with this caption, but the four discrepancies are too big to dismiss, especially the 4th one as no refit nor modification could fit another turret on Abercrombies. This is definitly a picture of HMS Abercrombie During WW1 (its also the Abercrombie Class.) The one build in WW2, carring the same name(but is of the Roberts Class) is a lot different then this one.
Its fine by me. I found it in my books here. They say it Abercrombie. But if its another ship i would gladly hear which one and be enlightened by that knowledge.Someone uploaded this picture somewhere with this caption, but the four discrepancies are too big to dismiss, especially the 4th one as no refit nor modification could fit another turret on Abercrombies.

This ship is the other side of the 'game of poker' that was part of a crazy obscure clue from a whiles back - this is what can happen when you lose at ship poker!
