"Pick my Mystery" mod?

Is there a way to trigger or pick a particular mystery to trigger?
Other than restarting several times until the one desired gets randomly selected by the game?
I'd like to be able to run the Philosophers Stone mystery on purpose. I watched a YTer run a whole map with this and it looked awesome.
If there is a way to select it, let me know.
if not, is there a Mod for this?
If not, can one be made?

You can pick it in the Mission Setup screen. I'm not sure whether it's a base game feature, though, so it may depend on which DLC you have installed.

I Wanted to load DLCs one by one and learn the game in the way it was released... Figured out this was the issue.
