Like. Seriously guys. I can't be the only one to see a fucking DOG in Sibir's starting territory. You know, a dog's head looking eastward, Vah being the nose, Agan being the right ear and Sibir province being the left one.

I hate it. I can't unsee it since I laid my eyes upon Uzbek for the first time. I can only find peace when Muscovy/Russia colonizes the region, otherwise I have to it myself or avoid looking at Central Asia. And the worst part is that no one else sees it. None of my friends who play it see it. My non-EUIV-playing friends doesn't see it either. My girlfriend doesn't see it. Not even my mother sees it (why the hell am I showing videogames to my mother anyway). It's the shittiest case of pareidolia I've heard of and it's even worse because this made me irrationally hate Uzbek/Sibir in every game I play.

Paradox pls fix.

I can't see it.
But this does make for a great goal. You must choose a nation at random and use that nation to destroy the Sibir dog.

I can see the dog, but it's hella ugly. IMO it looks more like a bird with two wings flying west.

I don't see the dog, because apart from anything else, dogs do not have an ENORMOUS PRONG sticking up from their muzzles.

(I miss the Ruthenian Venus de Milo.)

... It's in your imagination.

i.e. if you had said to me "one of the countries in this screenshot looks like a dog" I wouldn't be able to correctly guess which one.

Doesn't that eastern part of Novgorod look like a pig's snout, with the ears hidden in TI at the top?
Doesn't that bit of the Timurids stretching into the Caspian look like a pig with its mouth open?

My personal problem with Sibir is the fact it ugly sticks so deep into Siberia with its awkward borders

Yeah. This is basically a "please remake Sibir's borders" because jesus christ it's TERRIBLE. And also looks like a dog.

I just screwed up because this was meant to go in the main forum so as to maybe spark discussion in a half-serious tone but ended up here, so welp.

I wouldn't call it a dog, but it's a strange border indeed. Perhaps the historical Sibir Horde covered that approximate area, but having such intricate borders between a nomadic nation and unincorporated territories is just nonsense. Having a few more native tribes to wander the Siberian region would give tags to several cultures that are currently guaranteed to disappear, and make the four we already have seem a little less out of place, as well as giving a chance at having less strange borders. On the other hand, AI Russia takes forever to switch gears from colonising to conquering in Asia, and Siberia shouldn't be very crowded, so maybe removing two of the Kamchatkan-culture tribes would balance it.
