The game is called Europa universalis but i don't beliuve that focuses only on europe, if not paradoz should not made other countries...

I see no necessity for an expantion, but a patch shall be fine.
Some new decisions for china and japan a more correct disign of rising suns.

If nod divided in warring states(the muromachi period was a period of confusion) at least with the maximum decentralization and an hign rebel risk.

So we need no a new expantion but a patch...

Dude! Where did you lose Rajputana? Mah favourite!

Rajputana is a region, not a country (much like bihar or Gondwana). The area was divided into lots of small warrior states almost constantly fighting eachother and outsiders. There are plenty of Rajput states (even a few ones outside of Rajasthan though their populations aren't rajputs) in my mod though so you're welcome to unite the area if you want to. If what you liked was the flag, that's also still there but have been given to the sikhs of punjab as it's the sikh flag (no idea why paradox chose to give a sikh flag to their strange rajput unitary state).

Do you have an ETA for that? :)

January? Though as I mentioned stuff will have to be added afterwards, this initial release would be somewhat simple.

I wish the game had more countries, as it does in WWM. If there were twice as many provinces (confusing though it would be) and more nations to occupy them, it would be even more hilariously fun to play.:D

I really love HTTT, but I think any limitations on the Ming would be an excellent improvement. Unlike their dynasty in real history (weakens after a short golden age), the Ming constantly absorb every civilization around them. The Koreans, the Vietnamese, the Tibetans, the Mongols, and sometimes they reach as far as Kazakhstan. This wouldn't bother me if it happened occasionally, but I'm talking every game here.

I haven't had time to play full HTTT campaign yet, but shouldn't overextension event and other antiblobbing measures limit their expansion. If that doesn't happen, then it's something which should be fixed ASAP in the next patch.

I support this expansion. While it may seem so, Europe is not the centre of the earth.

Of course it isn't. Everyone who lived in Europe at the start of EU3's timeframe knew that Jerusalem is the centre of the Earth.

Is Rajputana a state than can be formed in your game then? That would be a cool scenario to play.

Haven't decided on that yet, though I'm leaning towards no as there was never such a state (and the creation of one does seem a bit unlikely as the rajput states where all fiercely independent)... Then again unifications are fun ;)
I am going to allow for a united hindu india for sure though, probably under the name Bharatavarsa or some such (I've seen other mods use the name Hindusthan but that word is persian and during this era it was mostly used to refer to the doab region in northern india and so I find it unlikely that a hindu state would ever use it to refer to itself).
I have a few other state formations planned as well :)

It does feel like not much attention ahs been payted to the Orient. BUt a whole new exp0ansion pack? Comon people, lets not beg them to take more of our money! Three is enough, so maybe they could improve upon Asia with free patches? No reason for them to charge for it.

Although i do agree that asia is underdone. I would rather have an expansion that improves the EUIII mechanics that are ahistorical like religion... i know i say it too much XD. But i would hope for a system in which there can be a major and minor religion in a province. The best way is a percentage based system allowing for 3+ religions at once, but that may be a bit hard to do.

Yeah religious monirities are important because in some places the largest reiligon might only be, say, 60% of the total (like with Orthodox and Islam clashing in parts of Anatolia). And of course, Jews had a HUGE impact on Europe, despite being a majority of, well not a single province I think. That's one minority rleigion that should be present. Also, don't forget Egyptian Copts.
But, having said all that, dosen't the Magna Mundi mod include up to two minority religions?

I support the petition only i have 2 things to say.
1 about your comment.
Ming will expand like hell, but it will fall apart, that is almost unevitable.
2 aren't there any mods that could be used to fill your "asian hunger to power" ?
addition to that, you better could request a mod then a new expansion.
That is more likely to happen, and if it will happen it will also be out sooner.

I think other mechanics still need a little bit more improving, although a little asian improvement wouldnt hurt ;)

MMP got several different religions in the same provinces

(no idea why paradox chose to give a sikh flag to their strange rajput unitary state).
I don't know about the flag, but it's not so strange that the Rajputs get a unitary state in vanilla: when I experimented with breaking up the Rajput "state" while keeping the vanilla provinces I found that the resulting small statelets got absorbed by their larger, different-religion-group neighbours very quickly. Your mod has more provinces and allows the Hindu Rajputs to form alliances with Delhi etc. so I'm not surprised that small Rajput states become much more viable.

My aunt and cousin laughed when they saw that one (we're Punjabi Sikhs :p). Lets just say...it don't fit with the Rajputs...

I always did think Judaism and other minor branches of faith should be in. The Copts for example were an overwhelming majority even centuries after the Arabic invasions. Same with the Assyrians.

Signed. The more I play this game the more the rest of the world being basically a playground for European nations rubs me the wrong way- and leads to boring games to boot.

I'd get in on this. In the current state, I feel very much pushed toward playing European nations because, outside of playing Ming and Japan, it's very hard to get an Asian nation to amount to much more than cannon fodder. I admit that I have a bit of an East Asian focus here, but does Dai Viet have any purpose other than being Ming's plaything?

I know right? They miss matched random rajput states and made it into rajputana. They didnt even include Pratap Singh! I made it formable in AO for WWM. India, mainly late game india feels dead in vanilla
