If by not doing the streams I could have the game sooner...I would be ok with this.

If they did so, your at best get it a day earlier? since we have two months to wait, each stream is an hour long, so 16 man hours are lost, and even then a day earlier is slighty optimistic since Jake & Dan are QA and they test the game anyway. I don't think it will influence the release date hugely, even if moving to two hours.
