This strategy involves the full makings of a Peruvian Empire using around eight to nine units, starting at the 1936 campaign. Though I do play with HoI2
D, there's no mention of any of the extra Doomsday functions in this strategy to my knowledge.
This is based on a very exciting game I played (and still am playing, for that matter) as Peru with Argentina as an ally by which I have taken Ecuador, Brazil, most of Northern Chile and have helped my Argentinean allies take Paraguay- thereby increasing Peru's IC by around 300%
