There is possibility to offer vassalage. But it is permament - You, Your heirs are now subject to this ruler. If my heir wants to be independent he has to start a war.

How about implementing another option "Personal vassalage". I am vassal but only me and only to You. Protect me.
My children will speak for them selves. Also when You (my new ruler) die I go independent and will decide if I want to be his vassal.

I think those kind os vassalage was present in history.

You're talking about tributaries like were present in CK2. Those will likely get added later on. In the meantime, alliances can do some of what you want.
