Hey guys I had a question: If my ruler dies when I have a PU, does the PU go away or does it keep going? I just wanted to kno seeing I am Holland and I have England and France as vassals, I want to integrate them into my Empire! :D

Personal unions will continue when mutual relations are above 0 (or is it 100?) And a chance of inheritance will occur when your king dies.

Now, when you say that England and France are your vassals, do you mean they are in a personal union with you, or did you subjugate them? There is a distinction between the two.

Best is to aim for relations of over 190 to get a far higher inheritance chance. If you just like having them around to beat stuff up for you then you should go for relations between 100-150 and positive prestige.

The only way a PU can break is if relations between the countries are negative, or if the senior partner has negative prestige. The former is why that AI keeps sending insults to get out of the PU if they're stronger.

Higher Prestige helps (needs to be >0, or you lose the PU)
High relations help (needs to be >0, or you lose the PU; needs to be >100 to have an inheritance chance at all)
High BB lowers chance to inherit, but has no impact on losing the PU
Excommunicated rulers lose the PU upon death
Trust has a very high impact on inheritance chance: see this forum post

Additionally, these things are thought to increase an inheritance chance, but they have not yet been proven, or disproved:

A ruler's DIP rating increases inheritance chance
Being at war no longer seems to prevent inheritance (DW)

I haven't seen relations being over 100 being required for inheritance, or excommunication. Nothing personal, but what information do you have about BB?
As for war, I think Horde wars are discounted as actual wars in terms of inheritance and also, on an unrelated note, war taxes.
