How does a PU form? I mean, you can claim the throne and go to war, and that's one.....or you can have the same dinasty of your ally(or not) and when he/she dies(without an heir) you instantly get the PU over that country, even thou sometimes another country could contest your ruling right and that's when the war start.....
BUT...in this game I'm allied with Austria, sadly, we don't share the same ruling dinasty, so I can't claim their throne(right now they have no heir) BUT(again) if I go with the mouse over the emperors'name in the Asutrian diplo window it says "On Monarch death, succession war between Byzantium and France".....why? We don't have the same dinasty, so why? and more important.....how can France be a part in all of this, I mean they are historical rivals....they've never been allied, and I'm pretty sure there was not a royal marriage either....SO WHY? This is not the first time something like this happens....sometimes countries that have no business with some matters just come in without knocking on the door......how does it work?
