Don't you find the fact, that after only 10 years from breaking a personal union the former overlord doesn't claim crown of lost partner anymore weird? Not only is it really frustrating if, for example, the lesser partner broke out through war, forcing 15 years of truce, but it's also ahistorical - England had been fighting France for their throne for over 100 years! Another example would be Poland under Vasa dynasty - the Polish fought numerous wars against Swedes, mainly for eachother's succession - the case wasn't closed until the end of Deluge in 1660(over 70 years since the first Polish coronation of Vasa!).
How to fix the "Restoration of Union" casus belli? In the next patch claims from forming a nation are going to be permanent. The same should be done with claim on a foreign throne - the claim shall only be revoked through a peace treaty or with an event that would pop out once the union is lost - the first option would let you keep a claim for relation penalty with a claimed country and maybe loss of historical friendship if there is one, choosing the second option would result in losing the claim over a lost partner but would boost your relations with him.

In fact, considering the English kings kept claiming the French throne for many centuries, it would be perfectly historical.

I think it should be lost if a pretender of a different dynasty manages to force demands on the claimant (but not the claimed - who cares if one false pretender is replaced with another :p) as well as other exceptional circumstances.
