Periodical crashing

Hello,

I have the same problems as described in the threat "Constant crashing...".

Thinks I did for a solution:

• reinstall the game full
• install all Windows updates
• check for new driver and install
• test in version 2.0.1 and 2.0.2_beta
• check my memory with Windows 10 check tool
• tryed without mods or dlcs
• tryed with different game grafic settings
• checked the CPU and Ram usage when the game running. Everytime nothing that look strage
• no extreme heat
• installed the news version of .net and MS C++

I hope someone can help me with the problem.

The files i have attached are new once so they are not to full. The exception in the log file is evertime the same.

When the game crashes there are no informations I'm direkt back on the Windows desktop.

Is this only since the 2.0 patch, or before that too?

Are these crashes reproducible from save games?

After you get one and run the game again, does it offer to send us in a crash dump?

I have never played before patch 2.0.

no the crashes are not reproducible by save game. It is so that the game crash and at the next start of the game the crash is at an other time. I find nothing to reproduce the crashes it feal random most the time. From time to time i think it happed when the game saves because it happened sometimes when i save the game my self. But most time it crash randomly with no sign of continuity.

When i restart the game and the game launcher is there. I have everytime this message.

When you neet more information I will offer all I can to fix the game or my PC.

On other games like HoI4 or Cities Skylines i have no problems

Please roll back to the 1.9.2 patch in the Steam Betas tab. Delete the contents of the Documents/paradox/stellaris folder EXCEPT any valued save games. Then run a test game in that version, do you still see this problem?

I have tested under 1.9.2 and after 5h of gameplay i have no crashes.

Then it seems like a bug, although not a widespread one AFAIK.

Please post it in Bug reports, and attach crash dump files there from the problem. Thanks.
