It's called "!TPRPF" (Trade Protection and Range Performance Fix)

As for the bazillion stars people who say they have no lag...
Well they are either flat out lying for some reason or they don't know what lag is...
or maybe they might actually don't have the lag you are having.
Case in point me.
I've never had lag issues with the game.
dismissing experiences from other users simply because you have a different experience isn't helpfull at all, regardless which way it goes.
you should keep that in mind.

I tried using a core un-parker and to negligible performance improvements for the 2400+ stage of the game. (Currently 2490's)
A day is about 3 seconds for me at this point. It's pretty unplayable :T
using i5-8600K CPU with 1050 TI
I do keep that in mind. As I have said, I have not seen anyone not have these kind of performance problems, including every YouTube and twitch streamer I have ever seen play stellaris so I am not speaking just about myself.
While I know it's a logical fallacy to assume that my personal experience is equal everyone elses experiences as I have said I have yet to see a single, a single one case of people who do not have performance issues which considering the wealth of videos on YouTube alone, I must be extremely unlucky.
Would you be so kind as to post a short gif or video of a game 2350+.
I would love to see how the game runs for you. Thanks in advance

here's a random idea:
Why should different people, with no prior connection, suddenly start making up stories about something as pointless as performance in a random game?
and why should people 'need' to go through artificial loops just for you in order to have an opinion?
Sorry yes this is the one, like I said it disables some new features but in my case significantly decreased lag later in the game.https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1592074962

I guess it's more like "I don't have problems with choppy gameplay".
you are asuming it's choppy, even when people are saying it is not.
What's the point of communication when you aren't listening?
