I was wondered if it is possible to get the peoples republic of england in the game or if it has to be modded in?

Nope, couping UK as germany doesnt do anything much.

England is not a nation you can liberate either.

So you're only option is to mod it in. Or check out some existing mods that might have added it.

Someone wrote a series of events/mods that allow you to liberate/puppet England, I can't recall where, maybe Kaiserreich thread? Maybe it was its own thread. You can search the forums by going to Google and using the site: command . . .
