People named Philip in german.txt

There are a number of different spellings of the name Philip in german.txt, including one of the Holy Roman Emperors.

For consistency, they should all be named Philipp, the German variant. At the moment we have Philip, Phillip and Philipp.

I'd like to hijack this thread then and say the same about the Scandinavian "Gunhild" & "Gunnhild". They should choose one!

In addition, you should use the replaceall command to make sure everyone in german.txt called "Herman" has it spelled "Hermann" with a second N. That's the correct German spelling, and it's the way the name is spelled in the cultures file.

The same is true of "Siegfrid" > "Siegfried" with an E.

On a similar topic, I'd like to add a few corrections in the frankish female names (mainly accent issues):

Adélaïde instead of Adelaide
Amélie instead of Amelie
Catherine instead of Cathèrine

I've only spotted those three. They are minor things but it makes a real difference, believe me

Another annoying one would be variations of the name Fulk in frankish.txt -- there's Folques and Foulques. It should just be Foulques.

Veld, please look at the variations of the name Cnut as well. For example, in vanilla Cnut the Holy of Denmark is listed as III, when he should be IV.

I think the list of links should be:

Knut_Knut (Swedish)
Hardeknud_Knut; Knud_Knut (Danish)
Kuuti_Knut (Finnish)

I suppose you could have Knut_Knut for Norwegian culture as well, but it's not currently listed.

Make sure the relevant names in the three character files are spelled correctly. I suspect the reason for Cnut the Holy being III instead of IV is because Hardeknud is not currently linked to anything.

EDIT: Also, in my current game I see a Duke Etienne I following his grandfather, Duke Étienne II.
