I've noticed that when the streets are filled with lots of cars, making a long line, the people in the city are having trouble crossing the streets. Noticed in the Amsterdam scenario that a whole bunch of people where standing on each side of a crosswalk behind the church and couldn't cross the street, not even if cars around the crosswalk were not moving.
I think this behaviour could be somewhat improved, since it seems quite safe for people to cross streets when the cars are actually not moving. Have you noticed any similar things?
