Okay, I know this is the Black Plague forum but uh... Didn't see any Overture one. Sorry if I'm wrong...
But I'm wondering... how did a game that started free on the internet go to needing a serial key AND a connection on the internet to activate the product? That last bit is ridiculous... So much so that I immediately felt the need to come here and make a post about how ridiculous it is
Seriously, even the big games by major publishers don't require something as dumb as internet activation for their product, so the fact that a publisher is doing it for an indie product just blows me away with stupid.
(not to mention that it was a digital download, rendering the whole thing an exercise in not only stupid, but pointless stupid)
