Did the peasant revolts get buffed again in the last few patches? Playing a count and just got my first duchy. Got 800/1300 tribal levy (LI) and a 3300 (LI,LC,A) popped up. 0 chance to win.
rebellions (and many other things) are based on your max levy (from a min to max number ofc) BUT you are tribal (thats the problem)
tribals focus on numbers advantage but very weak troops so you get a lot of rebels
peasants are supposed to rebel against feudals/cities then li+(hi+lc)/(p+a) vs li+a+lc you win
oh and it's very probable that numbers at peasants rebellion were buffed judging by the fact that BOTH light infrantry and arhers (especcially arcers) got nerfed to the ground
I'm pretty sure at some point of the game archers had 6 points of attack in skirmish but when tribals arrived with their 5k archers capable of sieging the world and shooting down all the german emperors horses 5 days into the fight they got nerfed (and while storming the castle it's now melee offense taken into account so now your heavy cavalry is switching horses for mountain goats while storming so that they can climb on walls)
