Hi, I wasn't sure whether this was a bug or something in but I will explain the situation as its possible someone could offer advice.
I have a fairly large Commonwealth nation and I'm trying to get to noble republic. I waited to get to noble republic after I formed commonwealth because I did not want the personal union with lithuania to end. My method of becoming a noble republic is letting peasant rebels take over enough of my nation so that they are able to enforce demands. Unfortunately after I while I keep getting those peasant provinces defecting back to me. Its very frustrating because the peasants are so slow. Too slow infact that they will never be able to enforce demands.
It seems that even at -3 stability I am impervious to peasants and they will likely never be able to enforce their demands faster then provinces returning. Does anyone have any advice for this scenario? Do you think peasant controlled provinces should return back to their owner after a time (a few years usually)?
