Peace Treaty Question: Soviet Beaches

Ironman, historical, no mods, any country, any skill level

Everytime I play any non-Axis the Soviets always take provinces in France (Savoy or Provence), or sometimes Dalmatia, or occasionally Istria, even though it's non-contiguous, and not historical. Am I the only one who has the Soviets running amok like that?

lol. I've never seen the Eye-Ties in bonny Scotland through a peace conference. It is tragically horrible. Playing ahistorical is one thing, but I'd like to see some...user check on the peace conference. It's one thing if the Sov's carve out a Socialist Puppet in Ethiopia, it's another if they claim Savoy as sovereign territory.
