I'm stuck in a game were Axis controls all former USSR territories, most of Africa (UK surrendered and gained some colonies back), all Europe, Middle East, India and other parts of Asia.
The Allies are almost all American countries together, plus a surrendered Japan wich is now an USA puppet. Thanks to me (Brazil), we retook the South Africa (it's cut off of the rest of the Axis lands due the British and Portugues colonies) and Madagascar too. But no chance to try any landing against our enemies, or vice-versa.
The war goes further only being fighted in naval battles and nukes for years...
IMO it could be a peace option to avoyd this nasty scenario. After years of stalemate, when no side has chance to invade the enemy continent, a kind of "ceasefire" could be stablished. Germans then could start to create some Kommissariats in Asia or in the far East, former soviet territories.
