I want to see as promised that Russia and Germany breaks their alliances. France joins Russia and similar situation like WW1 happens with the alliances. Germany shall have their central European countrys left in the alliance.
The communist can then choose what side they want to be on or stay neutral.

The Imperial Alliance must be splitted as promised!

Also I think that some researches haven't been completed well.
Still my armies have low max organisation
Can this be please checked.

Germany would stand no chance against Russia and France, not to mention Germany would be weak against France only. South America could get cores on all of its provinces. Perhaps you should conclude a peace with Japan! Then you can start building up and become a Super Power, Jack Reed!

Three players already in Imperial Alliance, now Azzi wants to join it. That's four.
What do the communist alliance have? Two players only. When Azzi joins it will be 2 vs 4.
Imperial Alliance have MUCH more IC (Russia only?!) AND much more troops!
I shall not talk about the navies, you know who are on the leading front with that also

We want a player that can be Canada, South America or Bengal. That should make the game a bit more balanced and more fair.

You ran straight into the position your in now! Don't say its unfair, just because you forgot to persuade France to support you! Don't say its unfair even through you broke an agreement BY INVADING Japan, after you freaking signed a agreement!

I won't fix your techs as we have all had that problem, but nobody got it fixed. If you would have listened to us earlier you would know you must pause when selecting a tech to research in multiplayer, otherwise it won't register the research. But you know that now.

§1 CSA will give Japan 30k of all resources.
§2 CSA will give Japan 4k of money.
§3 CSA will get whole western America.
§4 The navies shall be untouched.
§5 Hawaii will stay in Japanese hands further on.
§6 This peace will be for all countrys, not only Japan and CSA! Russia and Germany shall also sign this treaty!
§7 CSA accepts that whole South Eastern Asia are in Japanese sphere of influence.
