So if you're truly pacifist, how do you get into these wars, as you can't declare them yourself I think? Your strategy seems to work nonetheless, spread the forced pacifism in the galaxy. Also makes me think of this:

I have one war goal always present; impose ideology. But I never use it. I merely ask them kindly to be my vassals, and when they refuse, I send them peace keepers.
My species are pacifists, but not fantatical pacifists(although I might just portray them kinda like it ).

Peace be upon you! Today is a day of celebration – for all of us! 42 years ago, we discovered a clock of some kind – a mysterious machine deep in space counting down, to something. Some thought it was a bomb, but I – your Queen – know in the deepest of my heart this was a coming gift from God!
And so, it was. After 42 years, the count down was at an end and millions of nanites poured out, and went for a nearby barren planet close to our home system. God’s mercy smiled at us for our pacifist ways and protection of the aliens around us, and gifted us this barren planet – now a Gaia planet like our own home planet!
This is surely a sign of God’s approval and we thank Him for His mercy and benevolent ways! The first Babeki colonists will go boldly to their new home in a few months, and make us all proud!

Ah yes, the best strategy for galactic peace: If you control everyone and force them to be peaceful, there can be no war.

This sounds a little creepy, actually. Some empire keeps gobbling up their neighbors and calls it "making you our new brothers and sisters" and "for protection"? I don't suppose the King or Queen have ever addressed their new subjects as "Big Brother/Sister" yet?

TBH the Bebaki aren't really doing anything worse than any other conqueror... in fact, they even grant their subjects some autonomy.
Well, there goes the only beacon of light in this galaxy, the humans... Now the galaxy will truly be lost to these 'peaceful' wars.
