Is there any way to make a peace deal without the "all or nothing"?
Sometimes I just want get a white peace or to take some states.... For instance, my last game with Manchukuo. I declared indepence war againts Japan, obliterated them in Korea and grab everything they hold in mainland. After that you should expect that would surrender, at that point they had like 10 - 20 divisions because they got heavily encircled and killed. They wouldnt accept any kind of peace offer from me... I just dont get it. Is there a way to force a country to surenders without the capitulation and get them completely annexed?
