Peace deal math issue

AoW, 1.8.1., Toulouse is my vassal, Languedoc was not sieged when peace was made, Toulouse (province) and Rouerge occupied by Toulouse.

So, is there logical explanation why 75 dip peace deal has cost me 193 dip?

Yeah, there is a bug that shows, on peace deal screen, that Your subjects would pay DIP for provinces they get, but in reality You pay it.

Ok, but:
a) it didn't say anything about dip cost for my vassal, just 75 dip for me ("This peace will cost Savoy 75 dip power").
b) why 193? Is it somehow tied to province base tax, manpower, number of days since latest comet?

Forgot to mention, CB was reconquest in name of my vassal.
