I must say the most disappointing part of HOI IV is the insanity around peace deals. Just tried to make QING china, have defeated Japan on the mainland and have claimed a good portion of china, from all of Manchukuo to around Fukhoza(?). Peace deal arrives from Japan, saying they will give up Korea and all of China except Taiwan. I think that sounds good as then I have some peace to build up and defeat China. I say ok. Then suddenly I lose all my territory won in China. WHY? That wasn't in the peace deal text. Please fix up peace deals where people are occupying territory. Perhaps give Nationalist China a war goal or something to get their lands back, but it's just dumb that you lose all your won territory.
